As Rambozo stated. Honda sells a special service tool (a jumper connection) to jump across a diagnostic port that is under the passenger' seat and behind the right engine cover. The part number for the jumper tool, and how to use it by counting the check engine light flashes is in a Service Manual. The port is red, and has a red cap.
