They said the ABS Module needs to be replaced but it wouldn't be available until 3/15. Then it became 4/15, then 5/15, now they are saying "maybe" 7/15. How does a vehicle with no signs of damage (accident / water / animals / corrosion etc)electronical components fail, then go through and wipe out every other electronic component in the system? I had a burn smell under my dash after rad fan relay short. 6 months later dash/night lights/chirp no longer work. I spotted a interior box with electrical wires leading to it. Im wondering what its called do i can get it replaced(im convinced its this thats damaged and making my issue) I also have a blow box that depends on the hood fuse box and i want to be sure this interior box wont cause an issue with this if i replace it. My 2008 Patriot shuts off when the heat or air conditioner is turned on. I was told it needs an new alternator. Doesn't shut off when wipers, lights etc are used. Does this make sense or should I be looking at other issues?:frown2::frown2 ..read more

Start from beginning here It stalled and had to jump start it It ran good Next day it would not start Had random firing on engine, replaced plugs, coils, cleaned the throttle body, replaced the actuator, battery is fully charged, alternator is good as well as starter.
