The “Christmas in the Village Community Choir” event was the last event for our 2022 season. Thank you to all who participated in the “Christmas in the Village” event at the Amherst Opera House on Friday evening 12/2/22. It turned out to be a truly unique and enjoyable experience for all. Starting with a chili feed with local baked deserts and a selection of beer & wine at 5:30pm, then having a front row seat for the TRBA Christmas Parade from the front steps & outdoors of the Opera House. Recently installed valances at Amherst Opera House Thanks to the Trudeau family the Amherst Opera House has new window valances. They are beautiful. The only issue might be that it is now apparent how great the space will look after the plaster repair and painting is done. Sometimes we get ahead of ourselves in the restoration process.
