Hi, I have a Kia Sorento 2012, 2.4 PFI gasoline engine. A week ago lights started flickering, but only when idle and not always. Also, sometimes, when making lights change or activating any other electric devices, the radio (audio only) goes out for a second. I haven't identified a pattern or conditions for this to occur. Already tested the battery and the alternator but and everything is working fine. The only thing I need to do is test it while this is happening. So I have a sound coming from my 2011 Kia Sorento EX V6 that is occurring more and more frequently, and I really need help figuring it out. So for any other DIY’ers out there, I just wanted to share my experience replacing the 3.5 in our 2012 awd ex. It was definitely not fun to say the least, but well worth saving the money. I found it easiest to remove the entire assembly out the bottom still on the engine cradle. The only issues I ran into mainly were alternator reinstall after new engine was installed in the car, and finding correct gaskets for the exhaust. Greetings everybody I have a Kia Sorento 2013 with a very annoing noise coming from the back interior. It is a noise like plastic rubbing plastic which basically sound when i pass a speed bump with the back tires. I managed to identify the problem coming from the tailgate latch, when i close the tailgate, it seems to stay loose. Hello everyone. This is my first post here, I hope to get helpful information on the issue I'm about to start. I drive a 2012 sorento. Few months back from now, each time the speed is around 30 to 70 km/hr the car vibrates with heavy banging underneath it as if the propeller shaft is loose or misaligned.
