 Hello, I’m the Filipino beneficiary. I am hoping to get my K1 visa issued within this month.   I was reading on posts here that it is very important to marry AND file for AOS within 90 days. What I know so far is, when I get to the States: 1. Apply for SSN 2. Marry 3. File AOS 4. Name change on SSN (later on, not sure when)   If that’s wrong please correct me. Hi All,    I recently married my fiancée (US Citizen), and have set about adjusting my status (AOS) from K1 so that I can obtain a Green Card. I understand that part of the AOS (I-485) application requires me to undertake or provide proof of medical examination.    I undertook a medical examination back in mid November 2023 in London as part of my K1 application. Hi there! I am the USC spouse of the beneficiary, who currently has a pending AOS from K-1 visa based on marriage. We received an RFE for the I-864 since I did not make enough last year. My aunt has agreed to be our joint sponsor, and she earns over $75k per year, and has done so for many years. Steady, full time job for big corporation. However, she just turned 60 and while she does not plan to retire anytime soon, I am concerned whether USCIS will consider her future income to be uncertain given her age. We recently submitted an I-485 for my new wife (she came over on a K-1) and we received a Request for Evidence regarding the I-864 we filed with it. The request didn't give any details on what the problem was; it just said: "Based on the documents submitted, we could not determine that the petitioning sponsor on Form I-864, Affidavit of Support, is qualified." I'm sorry for a question that has probably been asked a million times but I can't seem to find a consistent answer so I figured I'd reach out here.    On my wife's DS-3025 form I noticed it shows that the medical examiner administered the Hep B vaccine, and it has a code B that says something like "Not enough time to complete full series" or something like that.    So I looked into it and found out that this vaccine is actually three doses. Fiance arrived on 2/19/24. No I-94 form given. After reading online, it says it's electronically done.
