Hey everyone, I need some more insight if someone had a similar situation before. I'm in a removal proceedings from an asylum application, and I got married and applied for I-130 and I-485 with USCIS. I-130 got approved but the I-485 got administrative closure. Before my master hearing, the case was administratively closed with the court pending I-130. Hey everyone, my aunt has filed I-130(F4 category) for my mother 6 years back and i'm listed as a dependent on the application. I'm currently over 21 and wish to go to the us on a f1/f2 visa. If my elderly (80 and 74 yo) parents get a green card and move to the US close to me (Florida), what would be their health insurance options? I assume I would have to sign some kind of sponsorship guarantee. Does that include medical costs which can be astronomical in the US if something serious happens?
