I recently bought a used 2020 Camry SE and found two packs of these in my glove compartment. Are these only used for living in certain states or climates? I live in texas, not by the ocean so theres no salt or anything on the roads etc etc. Do I still need to install them anyways? Why arent they already on? You'd think they fully install and prepare a new vehicle once sold. Clearly they've been inside the car for 4 years. Any explanation appreciate! TYVM

I recently got my first car this year and I've never been into cars before this, it's a 2024 Camry Le. Now it's not like I don't like the color, it's a nice dark grey/ charcoal grey but I would like to make it a nice blue, my question is if there is any way to change the original color? Like a place to go to or something like a body shop or if it is even possible? Or if it's even a good idea? Sorry if this is a stupid question it's just I've never been into cars or looked into anything about them until recently having one myself.

Kinda sounds like it's coming from behind the dash but hard to tell. Anyone else have this issue?

This is my first reddit post! I have looked at many threads, articles, videos but am just overwhelmed about what is the best way to purchase the car I want. CarMax? CarGuro? My car was considered a "total loss" by the insurance company so I was "awarded" $4,700 for the car. I don't have a car to trade in. In looking into getting any incentive discounts, it seems incentives are only given to those who turn in their ..read more

Bought for 19K OTD after a trade in. 85k seems like a lot and im wondering if i paid slightly too much. The carfax seemed good and there were some cosmetic issues that the dealer took care of for free, but Ive been looking and I saw some 20’ & 21’ Camry’s for the same price and like 10-15k less miles. Did I get ripped off? Even if the car runs good?

Just took in my car for the first time ”service” at the dealership. And realized that they did not change the oil the car has 4,700 miles. I called them and they said it’s replaced ever 10,000 miles this seams odd to me because I’m use to 5,000 miles or 6 months. Are these new cars more “efficient” not requiring an oil change at 5,000? Any thoughts and opinions.

Got the XSE about a week ago and immediately had to black out the windows. I put 15% tints all around except the windshield.

I’ve changed the look of it in the last year. Almost time for summer tires, still haven’t decided on what I want, do I go black wheels? White? Bronze? And may do a chrome delete on the areas around windows. Thoughts?
