Hi. I am currently rebuilding a 1978 Camaro Z28. It has a new harness and I replace the Gauge FLEX PCB because the old one was corroded. The issue I am having is that when the ignition is on, the gauges work correctly, when the key is turned off the gauges don't go back to 0, it goes to a random position. I checked all the resistors and they are around 90ohms. What can the problem be? Ground on cluster is good. If I forgot any info, let me know. Regards, Clayton ..read more

Hi, I'm preparing to build a Gen 1 350 cid to go back into an old school Australian ute (the Aussie equivalent of an el camino) Looking to generate about 400 hp at 5,500 rpm and 425 lb-ft. TH350 with O/D unit, built for low end cruising, not looking to shred any tires or beat everyone out of the lights! I think I have most of the parts list pretty well sorted out, but would like advice on AFR v Trick Flow heads and matching intake manifolds. I'm really interested in everyone's thoughts and... Hello everyone, I don’t see too many f bodies on here so i’m just gonna throw this out there. On Wednesday i’m buying a 2000 v6 manual (base model) for $600. It doesn’t start (dude killed the battery when trying to start it after the gasket blew), has a blown head gasket, and some exhaust problems. i’m capable of fixing all of those problems myself so that’s not a huge deal, just gotta do the work. Anyways the guy took the cats out and said it includes glass packs and a hush muffler... Read more ..read more

So how do you convince somebody who’s in the market for a performance coupe that the Camaro is a better choice than the Mustang? Especially when they don’t have any heavy preference appearance-wise for either car. These two cars have improved drastically over the decades. The Camaro currently holds the performance crown. But the Mustang seems to have an edge in roominess, comfort and even interior... Read more ..read more
