After my first Audi and EV purchase in March of this year, my 6 month free trial subscription was supposed to be activated at the dealer to access Audi Connect NAV2 features. Over 30 days later and 2 visits to the dealer, contacting Audi Digital Care numerous times about my case, and finally filing a complaint with Audi America, no resolution or time to fix. Dealership washed their hands. It was tagged as a Tier 2 issue on 4/26 but weekly they have nothing to say other than keep refreshing the app. I am convinced they don’t know how to fix it. I purchased a Q8 etron Premium Plus. Window sticker says it includes LED Interior Light Package and Animation for Headlights and Taillights. But in the Interior and Exterior lighting settings, none of these options are available. The interior settings only shows brightness. The exterior only has Automatic Headlights, Entry/exit lighting (toggle), and Daytime Running Lights (toggle). Is it possible the car didn’t have those features enabled even though it is included in the Plus package? Can the dealer rectify it with some sort of reset? I'm curious if anyone in Colorado has a preference or experience between Prestige Audi in Lakewood or Flatirons Audi in Broomfield? I'm coming up on my 10k inspection - I have Audi Care through 40k at this point. I'm booking over a month out so availability shouldn't be a concern. Hi, I'm not sure if this is just in my country, but I've heard that the Q8 e-tron cannot be charged to 100% using rapid charging; it is limited to 80%. I was quite surprised to learn this after purchasing the vehicle. Is there a similar restriction in your region? In my use case, I only have access to rapid chargers, as standard charging facilities are not available. Additionally, I'm looking to bypass this 80% limit. Today was one of those days - And to top it off, I get a nice rock hit my windscreen as per below. I'm 99.9% certain given its in the drivers sweep and what looks to be a double-hit, its a new windscreen. Anyone had experience with Autoglass? Previously, I've managed to wangle a genuine Audi screen but that was decades ago. Now its all about sensors and what not. Hi all, Odd one - I am convinced with the ACC the behaviour has been drive... pull the lever towards you and it sets the ACC by default to the speed the camera/nav has detected. i.e I'm on a 40mph road and the Virtual Cockpit shows 40mph... pull the lever and it automatically sets the ACC to 40mph. But since getting the car back from Audi - and I know a software update was carried out, this no longer happens. In actual fact, pulling the cruise control lever towards me does nothing. Hi! All of you probably know already about the battery recall for e-trons with the LG battery. The recall should involve all old etron 55 models up to march 2022. However I've seen some mixed reports regarding this. Some people say that they have gotten the recall even if the car is newer and some people don't have the recall even if they have a late 2021 car. Are the owners just misinformed or did Audi phase out the LG battery over time. I've seen info that they started to equip the etron 55 with the samsung battery already in 2021. Hi all, my first post here ?, I have bought a Etron 55, the passenger side charge port is broken and just falls open, it will be fixed by Audi in the coming weeks but the issues I have is when you drive you get an error message every 10 seconds even if taped up, and because it thinks the passenger side is open it will not allow me to open the drivers side, is there a way of tricking the car to make it think the passenger side is closed so it allows the drivers side to open so I do not have to use the manual realise every time or have to untape the faulty side, I managed to have it working this ..read more

I just picked up my OG '19 Prestige from its final AudiCare service (the 50k mile one). From this point forward, any further maintenance is no longer going to be free. Also, now that it's been over four years since I purchased the vehicle, most of the car (other than the battery and a few select items where Audi chose to extend the warranty) is no longer under warranty. So any repairs going forward are no longer going to be free.
