A few weeks in on my 2025 Pilot… I’m hearing an occasional knocking sound coming from what appears to be the rear passenger side suspension area, just based on where I think it’s coming from while I’m driving. I just wanted to share my experience with the 2025 Honda Pilot Black Edition. It’s a beautiful car. Very agile, great get up and go. The interior is spacious, attractive and the two back rows lay very flat. The middle seat in the second row is easy to remove, stow and go. I love all of the features - I have never had a car this nice for sure. It’s quirky and fun to learn everything it does. I auto started my new 2024 honda pilot with only 2200 miles. When I went out to the car to go to my appt. It would not unlock. Not with either gob or the app or the key on the door. My car is still running 20 hours later. I called roadside assistance yesterday and they did not send someone until after midnight and I missed them as I fell asleep from total exhaustion. My wife is looking to pick up a pilot. We went to the dealership and she was looking at the 2025 over here in Arizona they run you about 43,500 for the sport trim. The 2024 EX-L runs almost the same or more. However we found some used ones a 2022 pilot sport with 8,500 miles for 33,500 it’s 8 seats AWD and a Trailsport 2022 with 23,500 miles for 35,000 my question is are the new ones really worth it. I mean the redesign is great but how do they compare to power and all that stuff. I’ve had the pilot for like 6 weeks now. 2024 pilot. My right side view mirror adjusts itself between me parking the car. No this is not the automatic tilt while in reverse. This is i adjust my mirrors to my liking. I drive my car i park my car i go to bed i get back in my car the next day im driving on the highway i look at my right side view to merge and its angled up at the sky or at the ground. I adjust it back to my visibility. It happens again.
