Need some help diagnosing a few problems 1.) Horn and radio control on steering wheel not working 2.) battery will drain out in 24hours or less. 3.) sunroof with not open or close. 4.) cruise control will not work. The EGT sensor before the turbo (G235) failed on my 2013 Jetta TDI sedan, and the mechanic removed the front axle and was about to detach the EGR tube to access it -- he's having difficulty finding the gasket seal for the 1K0 253 725E clamp. Hello, I have a 2012 Jetta TDI 2.0 stock engine with around 220k miles on it. I've had this car for many years and have given her just standard maintenance aside from the few diesel gate repairs I've had done in the past. My check engine light came on the other day and is throwing the P0299 Turbo low boost etc. Immediately after this code has come up if I accelerate/rev the engine I get a crazy rattling sound. Hi folks, First time poster! I got quoted for a couple of potential oil leaks in my 2012 Jetta TDI. The parts seem really cheap but the labor is quite expensive. Are there videos/resources on how to replace these components? I would like to try and tackle these myself.
