Got it as a project car, previous owner didn't want to try and figure it out. They replaced the coil pack but then the fuel pump died so they stopped. I replaced the pump so it's running again but not sure where to start. I swapped cyl 2 & 3 at the coil pack, cylinder 3 got a misfire, but cyl 2s remained so I don't think it's spark. I have a 2017 Jetta and have recently had a problem with my front driver side window leaking air and creating a whistling noise. I performed a bubble test on the area using dish soap and water and found the leak was coming from the bottom of the window on the left side. When I had time to look into it I noticed the “seal” (possibly “window sweep”?) seems to be bowed out. It seems to be bowed out at the same spot the leak test showed air getting in so I am thinking this is the problem. Has anyone had to replace the part before and was it difficult to do yourself?
