Hi Guys, new to the forum and I've got a techy question which I'm sure somebody here can help with.
I've got a R1250R (K bike on order) and am having an issue (or maybe it isn't?) with the "Connected App".
Everything works fine - except I'm not seeing anything updated in the web portal (My BMW Motorrad) after any rides. I'm not seeing milage increase or any other information about my bike.
Should the web portal update with any information? I would have thought at least you'd see your...

Have skimmed thru past articles on this forum, just want to ask based on my condition.
My K1300R is 2010 model, I bought it few years ago from a secondhand shop with ~19K km mileage on it.
Judging from the insurance document, that the previous owner's geo-location has constant heavy snow during winter, this bike should have been a summer-only bike.
I have been seriously considering changing the suspension for this bike for a few reason.
First, as we all know the OEM suspension is not that...

Leaving tomorrow on what should be a gorgeous and rugged ride over the Cascades to what we locally call the "Dry Side" of the high desert around Wenatchee, where a good friend has a working ranch near the Columbia River. The journey combines an incredible diversity of ecosystems that are really only found in the West. From a true rainforest that gets over 100 inches of rain a year, over a modest altitude pass for Western standards of only 4,000 feet, where there are glaciers nearby and...

OK, so for many years of running boats, some boats required electric fuel pumps, so I'm very familiar with the click.click.click...click........click of an electric fuel pump running quickly at first, building pressure and slowing down to an occasional click to hold a steady set pressure.
So, since the day I bought this bike, when turning on the ignition, I always...

So I'm courting the idea of adding TPMS and the majority are screw on sensors. However I still have the rubber stems on my wheels and would feel much better it they were stainless and short. Has anyone converted to metal stems, if so what will fit properly? What size hole is use for the stem on OEM rims ('02 KRS)? Feel free to chime in on your experience/recommendation with these TPMS products good or bad, I'm just starting my research.
I am looking at a display set-up vs phone app, since...
