Just a few weeks before the start of the 2023-24 season, the Cleveland Browns traded Joshua Dobbs to the Arizona Cardinals for a 2024 5th-round pick.  That trade in August gave Dobbs the opportunity to start for the Cardinals while Kyler Murray was recovering from a torn ACL.  In his eight games played with Arizona, Dobbs threw for 1,569 yards, eight touchdowns and five interceptions.
