Yes, it is stated Gohan is the STRONGEST in all of DBS along with Black Frieza, but in a serious 1v1 Gohan is not touching Peak MUI. ToP Jiren alone was stronger than MUI, but he still got beat in the end because Goku’s stamina and nimbleness, his ability to effectively counter and hit vital areas/strike. A form that emphasizes finesse and agility will always trump pure power. To beat MUI, you have to hit really hard for the KO, really fast in a vital area, or just simply run his stamina out.
