DW80R9550US-AA1 I've been through hundreds of posts and can't find my problem. My water wall motor runs constantly to the back. As soon as you turn on the power it starts going. A few months ago we noticed it seemed noisier than when it was new, then it seemed things weren't clean. I noticed the wall was constantly running back and forth until it finally stopped. Since it was running back and forth, I didn't think it was the magnet. Since it stopped, I knew something was wrong with the motor, but that wasn't the initial problem. I have replaced the motor, but now it runs constantly to the bac ..read more

Like an idiot I left a pen in my work pants. The pen came out in pieces and I got all of it but the cartridge. I found that it’s stuck between the inner drum and outer drum. I used a zip tie to get it near the edge but can figure out how to pull it up.
Any advice? It rolled back to the middle of the machine. I’d have to slowly roll it up using a toothpick through the holes.
I have an LG WM370HWA.

Wish I could attach a video, but the kitchen aid refrigerator is having a problem. It started after I shut the circuit breaker off to fix the dishwasher. Everything looks fine, lights go on, it sounds like some air is moving, but I don’t think the compressor is kicking on. When I press the on/off “cooling” button inside the fridge, the temperature, water filter, alarm gauges turn on/light up — everything looks good for about 5 seconds, then I hear a few ‘tick tock tick tock’ clicking sounds coming from on or near the circuit board above the fridge (by the compressor). As soon as the clicking ..read more

I have a GE Profile PYD22KYNIFS French door fridge with the door in door feature on the right door. The latch isn’t properly latching without slamming the door shut. I was wondering if anyone has a quick fix for getting the outer door to actually latch. Thanks.

So I put on a light load of clothes today and came back an hour or so later and the washer is stopped with a solid red light on locked. I hold cancel to get it to unlock; it does and is full of water. I switch to drain and spin and it won’t. I’ve unplugged it to reset and try again; the same issue, nothing. The lid won’t lock, the sensing button flashes, you press start and it’ll make a click and just make a low humming sound. What could be the issue here; clogged hoses, lid switch or pump gone out? It’s 9pm at night so haven’t had time to mess with it properly; just trying to get some ideas ..read more

I can hit the drain button (with a flat head in the door to make it think it's closed), and the chopper blade doesn't spin. I can see that the mechanism that the chopper assembly attaches to is not spinning. I assume the pump/motor is spinning and working, since it is draining.
Should the chopper blade be spinning when I hit the drain button?

It's a Maytag model #MBF2256KEQ, which is a bottom drawer freezer. I have what appears to be a pretty common issue: Freezer was very cold, but fridge was warm. By the time I realized stuff in the fridge was warm, the temp near the top was 60 degrees. No air was coming out of the vent at the top of the fridge. The evaporator coil was completely iced over when I exposed it, and this was blocking the intake vents in the freezer.
Here are the diagnostic steps I've taken:
Confirmed compressor and condenser fan are working (did this before I exposed evap coil and saw the icing)
Confirmed air does ..read more

So I got a small fridgedair mini fridge, works nice
But seems like it's constantly running. It sounds likes it's kicking one every 10 mins, more than the big fridge outside my office.
Is that a normal thing or is mine messing up? And as of now it's only a few months out of the box
Thanks yall

I’m deaf and someone told me this mini-fridge was making a lot of noise. A whirring cyclical type sound. I have no idea where it is coming from unfortunately. Any tips? I’m handy so I’m happy to fix it myself.

Hey there, I have a Kenmore Refrigerator model 970-658526 with what seems to be a clogged defrost drain. The problem is the drain hole is more of a slot than a hole. All the advice on the internet is to flush with hot water and a turkey baster. Given that I can't really form a seal to get any pressure just wondering if anyone has any advice or has dealt with this particular model before.
