Zanussi ZOP37902XK Oven problems

Hi We are experiencing 2 main problems with our oven: 1 - the temperature setting (e.g. 180 degrees) will decrease by itself whilst the oven is part-way through; very annoying as the oven temperature then decreases and the food does not cook properly 2 - the oven will suddenly switch on of its own accord. Very worrying. We have taken to switching the whole unit off at the socket which obviously you shouldn't need to do. Anybody have any ideas what the problem might be? Thanks ..read more

Broken Fridge Freezer HELP

We have an American style (side by side) fridge freezer Beko GNEV320APS. The fridge and freezer stopped cooling and no longer works. Once the entire thing had "defrosted" there was no evidence of water so it doesn't appear to be that there is any issue with the auto defrost. On closer inspection after removing the back panel and seeing what happens when the fridge freezer is turned on at mains: the compressor clicks on, and runs for 2 seconds before clicking off. It remains off for 2... Read more ..read more

Microwave advice

I'm looking to replace my microwave but looking through the reviews of most microwaves I get the feeling that they aren't made very well these days! My current one is a Samsung and it has been very average. It seems to vary in how well it cooks and defrosts things and also when you turn the wheel to increase the time, it keeps changing to random times and back again so it's not easy to dial in the time. Previously I had either Sharp or Panasonic ones and was usually pleased with them but... Read more ..read more

Hi! Hope someone can help me please. My NEFF T2d2x1 induction hob runs for about 20 seconds then shuts off. No error code, the panel just goes completely dead. I switch off the unit at the mains, wait 30 seconds, switch back on and it runs for another 20 seconds, then switches off. I've checked the wiring in the switch and under the hob - all seems well. The unit is in good condition, no cracks or anything like that. I'm thinking that the power to unit is okay, as the unit restarts (for a... Read more ..read more

Barely wet/damp clothes washing machine

Hello, My Indesit IWDE126 washing machine is 7 years old and lately it feels like the clothes are coming out barely damp/wet. I also feel like the quality of clean has diminished. I had a new Dishwasher installed recently and I suspect (although correlation/causation) this started happening around the same time. Is it possible that an improper dishwasher install is somehow affecting the flow of water into the washing machine? Or likely another fault ..read more
