The Phillies have promoted three pitchers from their Dominican Academy to the Clearwater complex to continue their development as part of the Player Development Center (PDC) roster.  Here are some notes on the recent promotions. The Phillies Player Development Center (PDC) team and the Blue Jays equivalent played a 1 PM seven inning game on Roberts Field today. 4/19/24 : Blue Jays 3 Phillies 2 Summary : The game was scoreless till the fifth inning when the Blue Jays plated three unearned runs on two throwing errors, a hit batter, walk and two singles.
