In compliance with the Tourism Tax Act 2017 and the Tourism Tax Regulations 2017 to the local tax regulations, starting on January 1st 2023, Hotel Operators now need to collect, report, and remit the Tourism Tax of MYR10 per room per night from all foreign guests and/or tourists.
We have made this easy for STAAH Customers in Malaysia. Hotel operators can insert the notice into their STAAH Booking Engine.
