Deal all, This is the first time my 2015 Touareg 3.0 TDI is causing me problems after many years but only 25000 miles. I was driving today and the message: "error start and stop" showed up on the screen followed by the engine error management light. My ad blue warning came on and I filled it at 600 to go but the warning would not reset. I checked the tank visually and it is full, I checked the handbook and followed the 30 second procedure it did reset but the next day it came on again. I talked to VW Crewe but they can't get me in for a while and were not very helpful. Since when did a diagnostic check go up so much. £60 to £100 in 2 months, are VW having a lot of problems?? Hi Guys, Looking for a little bit of advice. I have a 2015 TOUAREG V6 R-LINE TDI. The electric tailgate opens fine, then when you press the switch to close it, often it doesn't close. You can hear the switch working, but nothing happens. Sometimes, if you wait a few minutes and then try again, the tailgate does close, but it's accompanied by an unusual beeping noise. Hi All, Our Touareg 2 has had a close encounter with a lump of stone in someone's garden. Damage has been caused to the plastic trim at the bottom of the offside front and rear doors. It has been gouged and would be repairable, but probably not cheaply. I was going to remove the trim and see if there was underlying damage and if not, try and look for the parts in colour from a breakers. Part numbers would be useful if anyone has them. The full story: We have a 2013 VW Toureg V6 TDI with 85,000 miles on the clock. On a long run the car suddenly went into Limp Mode, and following an RAC call-out, a MAF sensor fault was diagnosed and we got home with this disconnected and out of Limp Mode. The MAF sensor was then cleaned, replaced, and the car was good for another 700 mile before going back into Limp Mode on a long run.
