So i have bought a new in crate 2014 v-10 block from cascade with the feul rails, altenator, feul pumps , oil filter, intake manifolds, thermostat and maybe water pump. The repair shop will provide new turbors, o2 sensors,and starter. Hiya! So this has happened twice now. In both instances my wife’s 2004 V8 Treg would turn over but wouldn’t start. Then after waiting an hour or so it would start? it’s got a 2 yr old starter and timing belt…any thoughts on what it might be? Yesterday I had to use my tdi to do an emergency trailer tow when my ram broke down(go figure). I wasn’t to keen on loading it with 11,000lbs but had to do what I had to do. $80k in oilfield supplies isn’t a liability I need on the side of the road. I hitched up with a WDH and it sat mostly flat. I obviously felt the heavy weight from behind the wheel, but the power train seemed unphased doing highway speeds.
