Does anyone know how to get rid of this bloody annoying "Please replace key battery" message?? This is from a 2021 Skoda Octavia hybrid. I went to the dealer and got the FOB battery replaced, but the message persists regardless. I can't find anything online about how to get rid of it. I asked ChatGPT but its reply was pretty useless, telling me to press the lock and unlock buttons on the FOB simultaneously for 10 seconds, which does absolutely nothing to get rid of the message. Hi, our old car is running at 245000km and it been about 5-6 years since the last timing belt was changed. Now it’s making some faint sounds and we are wondering if it is worth changing the belt at all? It would cost more than 1000 euros. Although I wonder if we can buy a good (old) car at minimal prices nowadays (few thousands). Hi Guys, I'm looking at buying a 2010 2.0t Wagon. It's in amazing condition and has been incredibly well looked after. However, when the fan is set to full there is quite a bit more noise (expected due to air) but also a bit of a kind of rattle noise. I've spoken to two different people on different days at this car dealership and both say it is fine and "Normal"... My brother in law has a Mk5 GTI golf of the same year and his is quite a bit more quiet. I own a 2016 Skoda octavia 2.0 TDI DSG. I bought the car used. Ever since I have bought the car, it has had the automatic headlight fault. The fault comes up whenever I put the light switch on Auto. The lights turn on even though it is bright and sunny. The wipers keep wiping continuously if I put the wiper stalk on INIT. The OBDeleven scan shows "Rain/Light recognition sensor - No communication" Fault code U10F600, status is static. I have checked the wiring and it was plugged in properly.
