Hello everyone, I hope you are all well. I just wanted to ask Enyaq owner whether you have come across AC charging issue when the car stops the sessions in 30 min. It started as normal after I plugged it in last night and and after 30 stopped, there was message on the small driver screen "unable to fully charge vehicle, consult vehicle wallet" and my home charger app said "vehicle preventing charging". Been playing with this new addition to the app. On the face of it just a bit of fun, but I can't figure out how it would be possible to collect enough points to get the free stuff So far I've got 77 points comprised off some challenges and from single point collection. The lowest "prize" requires 300 points, but there's only 7 challenges and they don't provide 300 points. Are we supposed to start the app everyday to collect 1 point?? I have a dispute running with Skoda regarding the inner edge tyre wear on my 2023 Enyaq iv 80 Sportline Plus on all 4 tyres and I wondered whether anyone out there can help. This problem was noted at 11,000 miles by chance because the car went in for an airbag fault. The rear tyres would have failed an MOT and the fronts were close. Apart from the inner edges there were 4 to 5mm across all treads. Because these tyres are big and low profile, you can't see the inner edge without crawling... In case anyone encounters this situation: I had a notification today telling me there was an update which would take 55 minutes approx. I had 90 minutes available so told the car to install while I was gone. Got back to the car and got in after 90 minutes. Infotainment had a message saying update in progress, may take some time.
