Hello, 2019 AWD Driver's Power Seat - The seat back angle adjustment is not working. (Part that adjusts seat to lay back or sit up straight.) I see the diagrams online, but it's not clear which parts belong to this specific button, and not the up/down, forward/back switch. In the picture, it's the switch in the middle. Do you have any suggestions? Thank you, Amy W ..read more

I’m installing a roof mounted lightbar on my 99’ CR-V, I’d like to find a switch that fits in the blank switch spots on the dash. Does anyone have any leads for a switch that will fit with little to no modification? My blank slots are about 28mm (1.1”) wide and 38mm tall (1.5”) I may repurpose a cruise control switch for this application, with a new transparent label on it. Thoughts ..read more

I recently repaired my vtc actuator. My exhaust camshaft and I followed repair procedures very carefully torqued everything down and made sure it was in the right position when installed measured rocker arms replaced ex rocker arms, adjusted valve lash etc. I made sure it was done right but I’m also learning so I might’ve missed something or did I just end up with another defective vtc actuator. Or maybe even a chain tensioner? Also this noise only happens when the engine is cold ..read more

Periodically when driving the steering wheel gets sticky when coming out of a turn, especially when turning the steering wheel to the right. I brought it in when it was still under warranty and of course that day it worked fine, no problem found. Now it's out of warranty. I have moved the tilt adjustment on the steering wheel and sometimes it goes away and sometimes not. Anyone else having this issue ..read more

Inner passenger boot started oozing for the first time when I jacked it up last weekend (haven't driven it since). Axel still tested fine. Am planning on likely doing the outer as well while I'm and there and wondering if I should also replace the seal where it mounts up to the trans? Should I do the driver's side as well although it is not leaking and doesn't show much sign of wear? Brand wise, I'm seeing Beck Arnleys seem hit or miss, same with EMPIs, but those are the only go tos for... CV Boots questions and brand recommendations ..read more

Performed the third drain refill for the transmission and did a dump the bottle fill like Eric the car guy video. Unfortunately when I started the process to switch gears at the prindle the first pass sounded ok but when I made the second pass to the reverse gear there was an audible noise and i immediately placed it back in park. Following that there was a sound and I turned the car off. In the engine bay close to the dipstick the fluid had burped out. I cleaned it off and checked and... Transmission burping ..read more
