Today I was cooking ‘Stir-fried Satoimo (Taro) & Spring Onion’ again. Then I forgot about it. The ‘Satoimo’ were over cooked and too soft for the dish. This cake can be made with any fruit. Plums, Nectarines, Peaches and Apricots are nice. Today I used Dark Cherries, and they were very sweet.
