Hi the_lady_dada, that’s amazing, that it is just clicking for you this time!  Quitting smoking is a difficult but amazing journey. I literally  thought I was  never going to quit for good.  I smoked for 35+ years and I tried so many things. I agree, we pick up multiple strategies on our previous quit attempts that do work, they just didn’t stick THAT time.  I applied all my of previous experience and combined it with some excellent advice from former smokers on this site, those who were making it work.
