We are full on into fall, the leaves are dropping, and the trees are getting ready for winter.  Then in spring, they will be back renewed and revived.  For many of us, we want to aim to a "new, revitalized" self in the new year. If you quit now, you will be 3 months free by the time New Years 2024 happens... Is New Years a good time to quit? I wonder how many have done that and succeeded, any advice to share? Smoking relapses can be distressing and yes, you may feel frustrated and disappointed with yourself, BUT it is important to remember that a relapse is an important part of the quitting process and much more common than you would think. I am so frustrated and disappointed with myself. I had made it through ten weeks without smoking and then I fell back into my weekend routine again. The most frustrating part is knowing I am capable of more than this. I've been dealing with so much in my life lately, and I reached for the easiest and oldest thing. I've been supporting my elderly parents as they transition in their lives - assisting them with looking for retirement housing, and supporting my older brother who's been struggling greatly with his mental and emotional health. Hi, The lamp in my room has been replaced with a ceiling fan. We used lamps in the room for lighting. I would like to replace the lamps with LED strips all over the ceiling. I've tried using wifi light bulbs in rooms. but I think LED strips could be nicer and more functional. Has anyone done this ..read more
