I have a character I am going to delete. What happens to the items in its house that are owned by other characters or players? Are they deleted, become inaccessible, mailed to the owner, sent to the owner's own housing somehow? Note this is different from items owned by a deleted character that are placed in an still-existing character's house. I’m trying out both EQ 1 but also want to try EQ 2 I’ve played many MMOs but not this old I was going to try WOW classic but said nah I want to go to the grand daddy of MMOs first MY QUESTION is if I go a support/healer cleric or bard will I still have others I can support? Idk just kinda important since ima healer main and I want to at least not just be with robots and it’s cool they have the robots mercs but as a healer I don’t need another healer I need tank and real human beings will I be able to find groups to do dungeons and all that? Finally getting into EQ2 and I’m shocked by how good it feels; just a few more years from EQ and the movement and everything feels so much better. However, I chose a druid, and I hear they are more “dps healer” Is there any pure healers? Also is there any more complex high skill ceiling healers? Is getting into groups easy? Like many people lurking this sub, I’m trying to get back into the game. A few months ago I rolled a dirge on live and used a vet reward for the 10yr merc. I’ve been doing agnostic dungeons so far at level 44 and having fun but basically mashing keys. Wondering if there’s a preferred spell rotation for MOLO SK duo as I grow into the character? I've never played EQ or EQ2 - but I was big on the other "old school" mmos of the times - FF11, Asherons Call, Dark Age of Camelot, Star Wars Galaxies. After hearing about this classic style server launching for EQ2 it got me kind of curious if it'd be something I'd enjoy. Was EQ2 back in that time frame similar to the old school experience? I'm assuming not solo friendly, "slower" paced, lots of reliance on groups to get things done? A friend and I recently came back to EQ2 after like 15 years. We’re trying to get a guild hall together for just us two - the guild is made and the plat is acquired, but how can we better get status to level the guild up? We’re only like level 20 and slowly grinding up setting AA to 100 so we can clear all zones - is it pointless to try to grind status at this level? With the double status this week, we’re trying to make the most of it.
