Was on a flight back from dominican republic today and noticed 3 guys who had just had transplants i know dr is known for other types of surgeries but are they getting on the map of hair transplants too im not a expert but from what I seen it they looked pretty good no swelling and the grafts and doner area looked clean . I haven't done any research in that area and wondering if anyone has any recommendations for that country.

Got a hair transplant done about 6 months ago by Dr. Diep, looking good so far. First 2 pictures are the most recent. After letting my hair grow for 6 months after the procedure, I decided to get a buzzcut and this is how it's looking.

Bumped my crown area on the plane 2.5 days after surgery, raised my head up in the plane and the right top side of my crown hit the cabin.
Does this look like any grafts were affected? There is no running blood but I do see some bright spots on 2 or 3 grafts
I’m afraid it may get a little bruised but maybe my head is sensitive already

I’m on day 8 and I just did a wash. I used light pressure because the foam is hard to get out. Anyway afterwards I pat dry the area. ( i had to hold my head forward during the wash and use a shower head ). Anyway my hair/scalp is feeling mad tight. Idk if I showered out some of my grafts or if its the hair underneath the scabs growing out. Idk but its feeling tight and tingly on top. Or did I ruin my transplant?…… Day 8. Am I over thinking? Still feeling tingly/tightness on top as I write this

26M, About an early NW3, looking to get back to a NW2. I've been on 2.5mg oral min for over 3 years, and am currently on 0.25mg fin every day- I'm working my way up to 1mg over the next 6 months and monitoring for side effects. The jury is still out on whether or not the fin will have a profound affect, but frankly I'm operating on the assumption that it will not, and I'm pretty much set on getting a transplant. I'm not trying to look like a teenager, nor have an older-looking hairline. NW2 is the goal.
I'm looking in the NYC area, I'm willing to consider anywhere as far as DC to Boston. I've ..read more

I’m 3.5 months out from a hair transplant with Dr Gur in Istanbul. I’m 24yo with a Norwood 3 hairline, and have been taking Finasteride oral 1mg and Minoxidil topical 1ml once daily for around 2.5 yrs
When I was looking at different hair transplant clinics I had two different opinions from diffrent doctors. The first was to continue taking both medicines to prevent more loss in future, however this means if I ever stop in future much of the hair behind the transplant would fall out making it more obvious
The other recommendation was to stop these medicines immediately so that hairs majorly re ..read more
