Senate Democrats are procedurally moving forward on a Continuing Resolution to keep the government funded amidst ongoing negotiations. Lisa Franchetti as CNO and also confirmed Lt. Gen. Christopher Mahoney as Assistant Commandant of the Marine Corps, an important development as USMC Commandant Gen.
