Hey guys, 1990 R32 GTS-T sedan with the RB20DET in it. Mostly stock, has an apexi air filter, ti catback, coilovers and wheels. ~67k miles Just bought this about a month ago. The past 2 weeks I've been having some issues. On cold start ups, there's a bit of a hanging idle at around 1700rpm. Once it warms up a little it drops to a normal idle. Hey Right now I'm using 10w-30 for my rb20e cause that's what i was told to use but I'm looking into different oil because whenever my car starts from a cold start it sounds like **** like the engines dying, I've heard to use 10w-45 but after researching how the oil grades work I'm not sure because whenever I start my car it takes like a good 2-3 seconds(which feels like a long ass time) for my oil pressure to go from 0 to a normal level which during that time my car sounds like **** so I... rb20e oil ..read more
