The Australasian Institute of Digital Health (AIDH) Digital Health Summit took place in Brisbane on the 28 and 29 April, 2022. The purpose of the Summit Series is to bring states and territories back together after a fragmented year, to repair and restore healthcare at the local level. Imagine being able to click your fingers and answer many of the challenges facing health systems today. If we could reduce ED admissions by increasing accessibility, it would decrease health worker stress, and we would ultimately have healthier and happier communities.
Whilst clicking our fingers isn’t the answer, perhaps an overhaul in the way we approach providing healthcare coupled with innovative technology that unlocks preventative, proactive and predictive people-centred healthcare is.

Leah’s Orion Health journey began in 2006 as a graduate when she worked as a Proposal Coordinator. She started in Auckland and had several managers as she progressed from pre-sales to documentation and then to a more technical position.
