South Dakota Governor Kristi Noem is the keynote speaker for the California GOP at the State Party’s Convention in May in Burlingame.  Sure hope SPCA or PETA shows up to picket. As the battle over banning books in Huntington Beach’s Publi Library continues to make news, a reminder that April 23 is World Book Day.
