Ahead of Nigeria’s next presidential election, Ibrahim Masari, the former placeholder to Bola Ahmed Tinubu, the All Progressives Congress, APC presidential candidate, has hinted at Governor Nyesom Wike of Rivers State working for the party.
Masari told BBC Hausa Service on Wednesday that Wike would work for Tinubu’s emergence as president.
“The meeting was basically on the 2023 Presidential election and by God’s grace, we are going to work with His Excellency, Governor Nyesom Wike.

The Federal Government has initiated enhanced e-passport to augment passport application process for Nigerians in the country and overseas.
Mr Sola Fasure, the Media Adviser to the Minister of Interior, Rauf Aregbesola, disclosed this in a statement issued in Abuja on Tuesday.
He said the minister stated this at the official rollout of the enhanced e-passport at the Nigerian High Commission, London, United Kingdom.

The Federal Government says the stress associated with the application and collection of passports will soon be a thing of the past as 2.7 million passports have been issued in two years.

The Federal Government says its strict travel protocols are put in place to protect its citizens from being infected by the COVID-19 pandemic.
