Marshall Mark Murray and Fire Chief Stephen Bradbury report that the Newburyport Police and Fire Departments responded Thursday to the discovery of possible pipe bombs in a home under construction.  On Thursday, Oct. 19, at approximately 2:03 p.m., Newburyport Police and Fire were dispatched to a home on Purchase Street after contractors located a box that contained what appeared to be four pipe bombs.
