I have a small DAB+ radio - Imperial Dabman 13 - and it uses about 500mW of power when tuned to a DAB+ station played on low loudspeaker level. It has a 800mah battery, about 3Wh, so the battery life is around 6hrs, theoretically. I write this info because I've also tested some very low power FM radios and a Pixel 6 while streaming radio. The DAB+ radio doesn't use much power - about the same as a Pixel6 in it's lowest power state. However, it uses over 10x the power of a small, cheap FM radio. E.g.
