Brighten your day with this eczema friendly cereal with brown rice. Feel free to add your favourite fruits on top! Ingredients 1 cup uncooked brown rice 4 cups water pinch sea salt Instructions Grind the brown rice in a high-powered blender or coffee grinder to a fine meal.
