Hello, I hope this is allowed! I want to bake a dozen chocolate cupcakes for my boyfriend this weekend, but I just want to know how long cupcakes with filling can keep in the fridge. He requested chocolate cupcakes, with a chocolate mousse, and chocolate buttercream frosting. I was thinking that I'd fill the cupcakes with the chocolate mousse and top with the buttercream frosting. Also, he lives about 1 hour (1.5 hours if there's traffic) away from me.
