She doesn’t stop with expressing her anger; in this episode she offers real solutions that we must do now in order to protect the democracy we have left. SNT begins this special episode with the intention to talk about the lesson of the final bone, The Backbone, in our Three Bones Series. However, this episode was previously recorded in the wake of the Uvalde, TX massacre of children and the Buffalo, NY anti-Black racist murders of 10 Black people. With a heavy heart, Senator Turner speaks on gun politics, reform, and the triggering trauma of violence. She sends love and resilience to each of you.
