After a four-year hiatus, we had the chance to make a comeback at one of Canada's most prestigious competitions, the Gold Cup - North American Championships in Montreal. This event brought together over 540 competitors from both Canada and the USA, spanning all ages and skill levels. A team will be formed to compete in March and May in Montreal in both kata and kumite for all ages and levels.
