OAMA has Muay Thai and Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu online Zoom classes offered multiple times a day. We wanted to know what else our instructors are doing to stay motivated and train at home. Have you met Pierre-Luc? His energy is contagious! Pierre-Luc started at OAMA 11 years ago as a summer camp student and now teaches our kids classes and camp programs. He tried other sports when he was younger, but martial arts gave him a proper outlet to release energy in a productive way.
