So as some of you may know, a short while ago I got diagnosed with Celiac disease. So this means oats may be an issue for me, I have tried the ‘gluten free’ oats and have little to no issues but I do want to have as many completely gluten free options as possible.
This lead me to make my own Oat Free Gluten Free GRANOLA babehh!
And straight up I’m giving myself a pat on the back cause I created a bomb recipe first go!
Well I think it’s pretty great, and my kids approve too! and we all know that kids know. so yay.

MATCHA LATTE
I will keep this short and sweet because I know you are just here for a recipe, am I right? So I wont blab on too much bout Matcha, but I will add a few benefits I’ve researched and also what I have personally experienced if you’d like to have a read through.
I mean would it be me if I didn’t add some pretty photos too hehe
Matcha is a really lovely drink, warm or iced. Most people I know found out about Matcha via celeb pap photos of them in the streetwear holding a green drink. I was also one of those people inspired by the amount of popularity of this green tea drink ..read more

Healthy Instant Noodles! You probably didn’t think there was such a thing, did you? Well, there is and here it is! AND it is fat-free, vegan, anti-inflammatory and liver cleansing. Plus it only takes less than 5 minutes to make!
By popular demand here is my version of ‘Instant Noodles’! I featured this on my Snapchat this week and received thousands of messages from people wanting the recipe! FLAT TUMMY SUPERFOOD BURCHA
The name ‘Bircher’ comes from a man named Maximilian Oskar Bircher Benny, he invented the original Bircher recipe back in 1879 and was a pioneer nutritionist standing up for his beliefs on raw foods and spreading self-healing message. What a legend! Fast forward 120 years into the future there was me, Loni Jane sharing his legacy and putting my own spin on his amazing creation and sharing it with tens of thousands of people! Crazy huh. I hope Bircher-Benny is proud.
The changes I made to Bircher-Benny’s original recipe is taking away the oats and the cows milk and ..read more

‘ The Children’s Trapeze Swing ‘
AVAILABLE TO PURCHASE HERE
Since having children I wanted to raise them to be strong, active and healthy humans. It brings me so much joy to see them thrive in their life with the ability of confidence within themselves to try things even if it’s new to them. I personally grew up a little weak with low energy and I still remember the lack of confidence I had in myself to want to try something but not feeling strong enough or energetic enough to do so. Well I never wanted my kids to feel that way with their approach to life. And something as simple as a t ..read more

Summer is finally here! Can’t you just feel the warmth on your skin, the air becoming warmer by the day? That is if you’re here in Australia, otherwise maybe you’re coming into winter! Whichever it is, I’m hoping that sharing my current beauty favourites (and all the information and research I’ve put in!) will help you set up your skin for the now and the future.
I’ve shared some information and products before, but, as I’ve mentioned, playing around with my beauty regime is so important to me. Rotating and changing things up depending on how my body feels, the cyclic rhythms and hormon ..read more

VITAMIX X LONI JANE
This post is part of a collaboration with Vitamix
Is there anything more classic than Vegemite on toast? Here’s my twist on this Australian staple, packed with nutrients and vitamins, I call it Multi-mite.
Vegemite. If you’re in Australia or New Zealand you’ll know what’s up. I practically grew up on the stuff, I don’t think there was a day I didn’t eat it, as I’m sure most of you Aussie kids can relate. But, for those elsewhere, you might be wondering why you might want to spread black tar on your toast. Vegemite is kind of indescribable, but it’s basically the per ..read more
