Sarah will be singing an expanded program of Joni Mitchell music this October 28th with the Saskatoon Symphony Orchestra! Two trips to beautiful BC within 6 months! Sarah will be performing with the Kamloops Symphony March 10-11 in 2023 for their spring season.  This will be the third orchestra in British Colombia that Sarah has collaborated with - first, the Okanagan Symphony in 2018 under Rose Thomson, the Vancouver Symphony this October 28-29 under Karl Hirzer, and then Kamloops under Dina Gilbert.  Very exciting! In May, Sarah won her first Canadian Screen Award, alongside her co-composers Ari Posner, Amin Bhatia and songwriter Antonio Naranjo, for her work on the show "Detention Adventure"! Sarah has been nominated in the category of "Best Original Music - Fiction" for her composing work on the series Detention Adventure (HBO, CBC GEM)! This is her first CSA nomination. Sarah co-composed the score for Season 2 with esteemed composers Amin Bhatia and Ari Posner (Anne with an E, Flashpoint). WOW! Sarah's collaboration with Symphony Nova Scotia and composer Christos Hatzis has been nominated for a Juno Award, Canada's celebrated music prize, in the "Classical Album of the Year: Vocal or Choral" category!!
