http://biohacks.net/squat-challenge-bring-sally-up/
Did this with just BW squats this morning and was relatively tough.
Who is up for the challenge?
40kg (88lbs) for women and 60kg (135lbs) for men.
I'm going to have a crack when I get some damn carbs in me haha.
Could do a leaderboard with weight lifted and bodyweight?
Song goes for 4 mins approximately by the way and has about 30 squats ..read more

Hey guys,
Since True Detective and Vikings have finished as well as Arrow, I think Park and Recreation have also finished and The League hasn't been on for a while, I was wondering what TV shows everyones watching?
Was looking forward to Homeland starting again but cant find a start date for that, Dexter finished up last year and GoT only has 3 or 4 episodes left.
Thoughts on some new shows, else I will have to resort to watching OZ, Sopranos, and Deadwood again ..read more

Hey,
I've been looking at upgrading my elcheapo 7 foot olympic barbell, I've got a few options though I'm undecided. They are:
ABC BO220 from Gymcare $484
Iron Edge 20kg Olympic Barbell from AusKB $165 + $54 = $219
Pendlay 20kg Bushing Class HD NexGen Olympic Barbell $575 + $54 = $629
Garage Gym Mens Olympic Barbell from GymandFitness $449 + $37 = $486
I believe all bars have similar specs, 7 foot barbell, ~28cm grip, 20kg in weight, rotating...
