Funny you should ask that! I'll post a report & a couple of pics later. It turned out to be a bit of an anticlimax to be honest. The route was very curtailed (partly because of ground conditions, and partly because of other factors), and I was left a bit disappointed to be honest. Never mind. Very late on this thread.... I have been using navigation for yonks, still have the Garmin Zumo 550 albeit, this is a replacement unit. Sadly, one of the rubber covered buttons is going and it's not really cost effective to fix in some ways, BUT, I have Lifetime maps on it.... I have a Montana for off road stuff, but it is increasingly less than useful for old tired eyes, much as @Tramp says, even with bifocal glasses.
