Bought these mad wheel 105’s after I sold my esk8 knowing that one day I’ll be riding again. After sitting on them for a while finally picked up a Tynee mini for my last mile pev. Definitely an upgrade over the stock wheels. Only drawback to these is that I may be overconfident going over rocky or “dirty” roads. I often get self-conscious about the bike jacket that I use for eskate, so I tried a new approach - using the armor from the bulky bike jacket, I made an armored windbreaker that can be hidden with a big hoodie - I think it came out nicely! Steps to recreate: 1. Materials- Cheap bike jacket or shoulder/elbow/back pads, tight windbreaker 2. Steal the pads from the bike jacket and affix them to the windbreaker by any means necessary 3. I have used my Meepo Mini 2 for a while (>2k km) and it was always accelerating and breaking reliably according to the remote wheel inputs. Lately I notice occasionally a short burst of throttle increase when I release the throttle wheel from full to nothing. I can definitely feel that the board speeds up for a fraction of a second before decelerating. The board also 'slips' during acceleration. When it just doesn't accelerate during full throttle for a brief moment. And then accelerates again. Has anyone been able to successfully pair the older model remote (without the OLED screen) to the Ownboard M1 (30") Electric Skateboard with Dual Belt Motor? I have an 800w emad electric skateboard, unfortunately my dad got rid of the remote and the charger during a move. I’m wondering two things, is it worth tryna hunt down and find these items to buy? (Is anyone here selling them by chance?) Or Can I upgrade it in anyway?
