I have a niche zero and begrudgingly a specialita I regret owning and upgrading as its finicky and espresso is too similar to the niche but really good, I use a 1zpresso for pour over but I want another end game grinder that offers the opposite of what the niche does is it worth it? Idk if I’ve experienced true clarity. Also on a separate note would I be able to get decent results with light roasts on an e61 HX without flow control? Side note. I’ve only ever used a single boiler machine and I make two espressos about 4 min apart from each other and then steam milk separately for both. Whole process takes about 20 min.
