Selling my 2019 Diedrich IR-12 Manual machine. It has the thermo logging package for plugging into a laptop for easy roast tracking. I have 10ft+ length of double walled and insulated venting coming from the machine (goes about halfway up to the warehouse ceiling) included. This duct is not cheap. The Nutty Bavarian NBR 2000 Nut Roaster is in good working condition. Although the motor/heater on/off buttons have a small detent in the surface plastic, it is not very noticeable. Video pretty much explains it all. I turn on the machine, 2 coils get power on (they shouldnt be turning on), instantly opening up 2 valves. 1 reservoir over fills along with the boiler. Weirdly enough, the other reservoir does not overfill )valve doesnt open). Goal, need to make it stop and have it function like normal. Hey there coffee people, I have an IKAWA pro v3 for sale. We used it about 20-30 times and realized we didn’t have as much need for a small scale sample roaster in addition to our 1Kg roaster. This buddy is a real workhorse and can crank out sample roasts while you work on the computer, bag coffee, or production roast.
