I have two Australian Shepherds a standard and a mini. Mini is on Purina Pro Plan for her weight but my standard has an allergy to corn and soy. It new out in NZ and putting Jessie on it as hills z/d isn't working out the treats caused bad gas and loose stool so stopped them. I've been feeding my dog Tegan this dog food for quite a while. I was surprised that the listed ingredients were actually quite good despite this being a bulk product sold at Walmart. It's made in Canada, which also seems like a good sign to me. Does anyone have any stories or comments about this product? My dogs don't do well on foods that include chicken. They just don't tolerate it well. This weekend I was travelling, and for various reasons the dogs each got a cup of chicken based kibble. I'm sure they were very pleased with the unexpected treat. Aaaannnd...now they both have yeast infections in their ears. Ugh. Hi, I have recently started my puppy on millies wolfheart dry after it being highly recommended. The food is 70% meat from lamb, duck and rabbit and 30% veg, fruit, herbs and botanicals no gluten, fish, rice, eggs. He has been on it for about a week but im noticing a fishy smell from his glands could this be hes having issues digesting the new higher protein food?
