Just brought a suzuki katona works mk1 w reg.. Its got a 70cc cast sports kit fitted.. And a 17.5 mm carb with auto choke.. Starts fine revs on stand but on wot.. it boggs.. Jet size was 86 on standard exhaust.. Ive since brought a Giannelli racing exhaust.. Loads of jets ect.. Still boggs on wot.. idles fine blip throttle perfect.. I've adjusted float height.. Hi all, I've recently changed my 2005 SP50 cooler for a bigger one with a fan, maybe from the SP125. I also have a flow cooler in line. Now when I give it throttle there is no waterflow at the top of the expansion tank. The waterpump is rebuilt some 400km ago While driving the cooler and hoses get hot, the temperature on the gauge stays down (sensor and thermostat are new). I'm not using the termoswitch on the new rad only manual switch. Could it be that I got the hoses on wrong ..read more

Had a little search around but anything cylinder kit rated seems to be for the 50ccs. I'm wondering what's the best performing cylinder kit upgrade for a speedfight 3/4 125 (4t) I have alot of experience with 2 strokes and general parts like brakes etc but not so much on 4t engines.
