Hey all, I was looking for a project tractor as I sold my 2025R recently as it was a little much for what I do. I own a cub cadet lawn mower so wanted one that would do tilling work. Came across this tractor for $650 and bought it on the spot without any inspection. I got it home and it has a flat tire, looks like its been resprayed once in its life. I checked the oil and it looked new. Previous owner said that it ran about 5 years ago and has been sitting outside since. They drove it... New here, Just bought a 140 H1. Boy I could really use some help to understand if I can take my GT 5000 mower 917.276090 with manual gearbox and 54” deck and use either of the following two mowers to replace the rotted deck. I realize that I not only need the deck but some of the lift mechanisms so I have two parts mowers in mind the first mower is a dark green gt3000 917.275021 that has a 48” deck and three vin bagger. Hello I am the proud owner of a craftsman gt6000 I have owned it for about 5 years. It’s time to rebuild the deck spindles are shot.. the model # of the mower is 917. 255960 it has the 44 inch deck I can’t find the parts anywhere online.. maybe someone here can assist please.. Finally got tractor running again. Drives fine. Runs strong, but when PTO switch is pulled she dies. Every one and a great while I can pull the PTO switch and the mower continues to run, but mower does not engage. Tested seat switch, appears to be be fine. PTO itself has proper resistance according to multimeter. Curious if there is another safety switch I am missing somewhere? Thanks in advance ..read more

Good morning, Starting my E15 up for the season I noticed in forward that I only have one solenoid click as opposed to three, and upon further inspection, I found some evidence of mice in the dash area. I'm trying to find a way (without breaking the brittle plastic) of removing it to open up the top portion to get behind the key and the PTO switch.
